How We Fulfill Orders

All of our products are custom-printed on demand through Printify. This means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique anime designs without sacrificing quality.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced and fulfilled by our print partner before they are handed off to a shipping carrier. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–8 business days
• Canada: 5–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 7–20 business days
• Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on your location and the Printify fulfillment center closest to you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears stuck in transit or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ntrvlapparel@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
