We want you to be completely satisfied with your NTRVL Apparel purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-printed on demand through Printify, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections. Each item is made specifically for you when you place your order.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items in the following situations:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item was misprinted or has a manufacturing error
• You received the wrong item

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@ntrvlapparel.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return or replacement request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Digital products or downloadable content
